Leadership Fluidity™ is the first professional development program built specifically for the human side of what senior GEM leaders do. Created by Jovan Glasgow, performance architect and founder of Glasgow International, this 6-week live virtual cohort teaches Directors, AVPs, VPs, and Assistant Deans how to navigate organizational transitions with the clarity, emotional intelligence, and communication mastery that this moment demands.

Participants will master the complete Leadership Fluidity™ system: the transition formula (Uncertainty → Fear → Narratives → Responses), the Mindset/Heartset/Skillset framework for adaptive leadership, the four disciplines for leading difficult people, and the seven-step Communication Paradigm for every change conversation.

All sessions are delivered live. All content is hosted in The Performance Lab, Glasgow International’s proprietary learning platform.
