Awards and Nomination Criteria
2022 Award Winners

Chapter Leader Award

  • Presented to a current or past NAGAP chapter board member who has demonstrated commitment to their chapter community and strengthened communications with NAGAP leadership.
  • Includes registration to a PDI of choice in the following year.

Future Leader Award

  • Presented to an individual exhibiting leadership qualities and enthusiasm for the GEM profession.
  • Includes PDI registration, two nights’ hotel, and a $500 award.

Visionary Award

  • Presented to an established leader whose innovative initiatives have influenced their campus or the GEM community.
  • Includes a $1,000 award.

Distinguished Service Award

  • NAGAP’s most prestigious award for exceptional service to the association and the GEM profession.
  • Includes lifetime NAGAP membership and a $1,000 award.

Promotion of Excellence Award

  • Presented to a team or individual implementing best practices, creativity, or innovation in GEM.
  • Includes a $500 celebration certificate and invitation to present at next year’s GEM Summit.
