The Institutions That Will Win the Next Decade Are Being Shaped Right Now.

Graduate enrollment is at an inflection point. The old playbook is being rewritten — demographic shifts, evolving student expectations, increased competition, and institutional pressure to grow in ways that have never been required before.

The leaders who will define what comes next are not waiting to be told what to do. They are the ones building new strategies, driving institutional change, and creating the conditions for their organizations to thrive.

This cohort was built for that leader.

Leadership Fluidity™ is for the select few GEM leaders who are not just navigating this moment — they are being called to lead their institution through it and into what's next.

Leadership Fluidity™ for Graduate Enrollment Management Leaders

A 6-Week Live Virtual Cohort | October 1 – November 5, 2026 | Presented by NAGAP in partnership with Glasgow International LLC

Leadership Fluidity™ is the art of leading people through organizational transitions — not just managing the change, but building the capacity to drive it. It is adaptability forged through self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and executional clarity.

This cohort is for the senior GEM leader who is ready to operate at the next level — and lead their institution there.

What You Will Walk Away With

  • The capacity to lead your institution through change — not just manage it
  • A complete framework for understanding why talented people resist change and how to address it at the root
  • The Mindset, Heartset, and Skillset of a fluid leader — built through the PX3™ methodology, Jovan's proprietary system for closing the gap between who leaders are and who their institution needs them to be
  • A 7-step Communication Paradigm for every high-stakes conversation — restructuring, team transitions, enrollment pivots, and institutional change
  • The ability to recognize and lead yourself and your team out of transition fatigue before it becomes disengagement
  • Language for what your people have been experiencing — and a system to shift it at the belief level, not just the behavior level.

What We Cover Over 6 Weeks

Session 1 — Level Setting for Transformation Before you can lead others through change, you have to understand what change actually does to people. We establish the foundation — the psychology of transition, the identity shifts required for true adaptability, and what it means to lead with fluidity in a high-pressure environment.

Session 2 — The Four Disciplines of Leading Difficult People Every team has them. This session gives you a proven framework for leading people who resist, disengage, or derail — without losing yourself or your authority in the process.

Session 3 — Change, Transitions, and the Human Formula Change is an event. Transition is what happens inside people when change occurs. This session breaks down the human formula behind every transition your team moves through — and gives you the tools to lead them through it with clarity and conviction.

Session 4 — Narratives, Responses, and the Belief-Behavior Gap Your team's performance is being quietly governed by the stories they tell themselves. This session exposes the six response types that emerge during organizational change — and equips you to shift them at the root using the PX3™ methodology.

Session 5 — The Mindset and Heartset for Fluidity Strategy without the right internal operating system will always stall. This session builds the cognitive and emotional leadership capacity required to sustain high performance — in yourself and the people you lead — through prolonged change cycles.

Session 6 — Achieving Mastery and Leading at the Next Level The final session is about integration and elevation. You leave with a personal leadership blueprint, a clear picture of what operating at the next level looks like for you specifically, and the conviction to go build it.

About the Facilitator

Jovan Glasgow is a performance architect, transformational speaker, and the founder of Glasgow International. He is the creator of the Leadership Fluidity™ methodology and the author of Deeper Than Motivation, his foundational work on the Belief-Behavior Gap — the root cause of why talented, trained, and driven leaders still underperform.

His work centers on one conviction: transformation is not information transfer. It is identity shift + emotional alignment + behavioral execution. He doesn’t teach leaders what to think. He teaches them how to think — and then builds the systems that translate that shift into sustainable performance.

Before the cohort launches, NAGAP members are invited to a free virtual intensive:
